    Hello. I cannot renew the warranty because it says that the warranty is not void or key has been claimed, neither I can't replace it because it says that the warranty is voided.

    Hello. I have the same problem. I cannot replace because says "your warranty has been voided. Neither I go to spotify.ga/void and it says key not found...
    Please i hope a solution. Thanks in advance.

    So what about people that bought after 1st april? We paid the same amount, come on, you can't do that, we need our warranty to be voided too, we already paid 2$ like the other ones

    This is not a scam.Spotify has introduced new security protocols to prevent the use of Spotify Premium Family packs in various websites like this.They use google maps to confirm postcodes and zip codes to make sure that they are being used at the same address and same country.

    People go to sites like this to get cheap Spotify services rather than pay the full price.The only way to get a guaranteed service is to subscribe to Spotify direct.

    I wouldn't bother trying to get lifetime Spotify of auction sites as they will stop working in 90 days.

    Spotify in the UK are offering to new subscribers to the service 90 days free then charged per month after that.

    Auction site sellers take advantace of offers like this as you onle have 60 days to complain if the service fails and the seller takes your money and run.

    At the end of the day you pay your money and take your choice.

    Want guaranteed service go to Spotify direct.

    I get times are tough, but can you be punctual with customer support, at least? I paid for a family plan that ended up being full, and haven't heard anything about a replacement, nor a refund. I would like to know either way, at least.

    bonjour ce service et de pire en pire jamais en stock et même s'il n'y en a plus à 5m rien de mieux avant ça maintenant personne ne paye clairement cher pour en profiter et ensuite le mettre en profondeur ..

     

    alors faites tout ce qui est nécessaire 

     

    sinon je veux être remboursé de tout sauf du compte

    You cant get a refund. I’m trying to contact support but have received no response. Kinda getting frustrated. But I’m glad I’m not the only one experiencing this problem

    I got my key, but when I write my address into verification, the address is wrong. I would want the address changed.
